Several years ago Rick was watching "Miss Teen USA" with his roommates Tracy and Megan (don't ask why). Ivana Trump's daughter Ivanka was one of the hosts, and every time that she saw the camera about to catch her from the side, she would turn and purse her lips. All three of them thought this was hilarious, and would imitate her from time to time. When Randy and Rick were in Berlin in 2000, Rick made the face, and now, the face gets made all over the world.
As to why we call it "Yvonka's" page, well, we spelled it wrong initially, so we're sticking with it...
